Ryan Colich
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
When Ryan founded Teamwork Tickets, he combined two of his passions – business and sports. As the CEO of Teamwork Tickets, Ryan’s focus is to build relationships with teams and offer added value to their sports ticket distribution. Over the years, Ryan has developed in-depth knowledge and appreciation for this growing industry. Each day, he strives to positively impact the ticket ecosystem by promoting best practices and incorporating integrity into every relationship. Since he was young, Ryan has loved playing and watching sports of all kinds. Ryan was a member of the Men’s Track & Field team at the University of Southern California (USC). That’s where he developed his love of entrepreneurship as he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business.

Julie Colich
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer of Teamwork Tickets, Julie sees teamwork in action every day and enjoys seeing the results teamwork brings to the company and in partners’ organizations. She applies her business skills to manage company growth, implement operational processes, and oversee company finances. Julie loves working with the team to keep everyone focused on their goals while planning for long-term financial needs. Julie also has an entrepreneurial background in the collegiate market as she founded and operated a start-up for Greek-licensed products. She earned degrees from both Loyola Marymount University and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.

Matthew Brandsema
Senior Director of Pricing and Data Analytics
Matthew’s love of sports and sporting events started early in his career as he worked in ticket sales for IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions at Rice University. Matthew later advanced to a leadership role within Baylor University Athletics as Director of Ticket Sales & Annual Giving. Matthew joined the Teamwork Tickets team in 2019 as Director of Pricing & Data Analytics. He contributes to the overall success of our partners’ goals by effectively managing inventory with an emphasis on price integrity and providing valuable insights through data. He brings the ideal blend of analytics and the ability to craft compelling messaging about ticketing and the value of ticket markets. Matthew grew up in North Carolina and attended North Carolina State University where he earned his bachelor's degree in sports management.

Rich Witmeyer
Senior Director of Business Development and Strategy
Rich is one of those rare people who can truly say “sports is my life.” Having spent 25 years working for first-class organizations in the NFL, NBA, NHL, AFL, and several universities’ sports programs, he is now on the Teamwork Tickets team as Director of Business Development. Since 2021, Rich has brought us a deep and insightful history of the business of sports. He has held leadership positions with professional teams that range from Sr. Director to VP to COO, he has a strong belief that every team’s success is based on trust and relationships. He helps our clients reach their ticket revenue potential by bringing innovative and strategic plans focused on price integrity. He is also responsible for finding new and unique events to expand our portfolio of partners. A native of Delaware, Rich attended the University of Delaware and graduated with a bachelor's degree in sociology with a concentration in public relations.
